Emperor Zolanius Thyre
Age: 42
Gender: Male
Appearance:
Personality: Despite his looks and attire, Zolanius is actually an honorable man at heart, but understands the need for harsh judgement. Through his eyes we see a land of chaos, and thus he believes heavily in natural selection. Only those willing to seize power deserve to be powerful. And so he acts with stern authority, often cold to his subjects, all in an attempt to make them stronger.
History: To speak of Zolanius' history, we must explore the history of the empire. Before he was Emperor, his father was on the throne, ruling with an iron fist, almost oppressive. It was he who started the slave system upon expansion of the empire, and it was he who discovered the ancient forge hidden deep underground. Zolanius was supportive from the beginning, as that is how he was raised. It wasn't until his teen years that he realized how oppressed the people were. He fought for them, battled his father for the throne. Using his family sword, Eon, he was able to defeat his father. But at a great price...
His father's final words still linger in the back of his mind. "You must keep the fire burning... Should the Empire fall and the forge turn cold, it could mean the end of our legacy..." Thus he understood the oppression, the suffering. In order to keep the empire going, he adopted the system, and proudly took the throne. A bittersweet ascension.
Country of Residence: Proudly born and raised in the Omniforge Empire
Allegiance: His Empire
Rank: Emperor
Additional Information: His weapon and armor are specially made, tempered several times in the Omniforge. Composed mainly of Steelix ore, the blade and plate are harder than diamonds. Eon was tempered with the assistance of Canis' flames, and as a result the toxins that the flames carried are now a part of the blade. It is said that a wound from Eon may never stop hurting. The armor has a special function. The left pauldron is outfitted with several Ryhorn horns that attract electricity. The electric currents flow into the cape, sewn from the silk of Galvantula and detailed with wool from Mareep. This protects the wearer from electric attacks, but the concussive force behind a potent lightening bolt can still stagger him.
