1) Be respectful. If your character is rude by nature, that's fine, but keep it IC. If you have a problem with someone, either take it to IM/PM or contact an admin. Don't go starting drama in the boards or on the c-box.
2) I shouldn't have to say this, but no God-modding or Power-playing. For those who don't know, God-modding is making your character unbeatable...like being able to kill anyone with one hit, or being immortal. It's cheap, and and it isn't going to fly here. Power-playing is controlling the thoughts and/or actions of another person's character. It's okay, to some extent, with NPCs like shopkeepers and whatnot, but with another PC, don't even think about it unless they give you permission.
3) No spamming. Avoid double-posting (posting in a thread twice in a row) in the RP area as much as possible, and stay on subject in the OOC threads. We're a little more lenient with double-posting in the OOC area, but don't make a habit out of it. Also, try to make your RP posts at least a paragraph long, maybe even two...it's really not that hard. Editting a post is perferable to double posting.
4) Be as realistic as possible. I know this is a fantasy world with super powered monsters, but there should be at least some level of realism. Like, for example, your character and your Pokemon will not be able to travel for days upon days without food or rest. Try to keep things like that in mind. Also, your characters are human. Period. That means no powers.
5) This is a mature site, so there's going to be some violence and sexuality. In regards to sexuality, you're free to have your characters have hot steamy sex all you want, but keep it off site. Mature =/= porn. In addition, don't attempt to rape another person's character unless they themselves are comfortable with the idea of their character being raped. Also, no posting any kind of pornographic images on any of the boards or the c-box. Period.
6) You may make as many characters as you want, but they must be on separate accounts. Each RPer can only control one canon character, which are given out on a first-come, first-served basis. Don't try to get around this rule with separate e-mail addresses, it doesn't fool anyone.
7) Unless the user agrees to it, no killing off another person's character. I highly doubt anyone feels like going through the pain in the ass of making a profile, just to have some asstard randomly decide to slaughter them just because they can. So yeah. Like I said, I know this is a mature site, but be reasonable
8) Humans can get involved in battle (A.K.A. fighting a pokemon with a spear while your Pokemon is attacking from behind).
9) Feel free to include the terrain in your battles, have fun! Fell trees, collapse caves, throw rocks!
10) No posting in the RP area until your profile and Pokemon list have been approved. If it hasn't been posted in then it hasn't been approved. It's that simple. Usually, if they aren't approved, we'll point out the problem(s), and it will be a simple matter of fixing it/them. You're free to post in any of the OOC threads, though.
11) Anime/video game face-claims only. If you want to use your own artwork, that's fine as well. Needless to say, if a character is taken, you can't use them as your face claim.
12) Avatars must be 100 x 100. No exceptions. Signatures must be below 500 pixels wide; any more will stretch the page and we don't need that.
13) When making a thread, please make sure you indicate who you want to post in that thread. If you don't care, mark it as (Open). If your thread is designed to be for a few other people, put their names in parentheses in the thread title.
If you're wanting a mod to RP a wild pokemon to battle or catch, add (Wild) to the title. If you're looking for an NPC battle, add (Battle) to the title. If your thread is on a mission, add (Mission) to the thread. This will make our lives easier, which makes your lives easier.
